Work begins only after a written quote is agreed by both parties. Quotes describe scope, deliverables, and price; work outside that scope is billed separately after mutual agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed in milestones: a deposit at kickoff, and remaining balances at agreed checkpoints or on delivery.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, listed on the pricing page or in your quote. Additional rounds can be added at an agreed rate.
Once final payment is received, you own the deliverables built for your project, excluding any third-party tools, libraries, or services used to build them.
AZ Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.
